What languages are tours conducted in?

Tours are conducted in English, French, and Arabic. Abdelaziz also speaks his native Tamazight (Berber language), which he'll often share phrases of with guests as part of the cultural experience.
What is the maximum group size?

All our shared tours are capped at 8 people maximum. This small group size ensures a personal, immersive experience. We also offer private tours exclusively for your group β contact us for pricing.
Is hotel pickup included in all tours?

Yes! Hotel pickup and drop-off from your hotel or riad in Marrakech is included in all tours at no extra cost. We use comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles. Just provide your hotel name and address when booking.

What does "Reserve Now, Pay Later" mean?

It means you can hold your spot today without paying anything. You'll pay on the day of the tour, either in cash or by card. This gives you complete flexibility with no financial commitment when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (EUR, MAD, USD, GBP), major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Stripe for online payments. Cash payment on the day is perfectly fine for most travelers.
Can I get a group discount?

What is your cancellation policy?

Can I reschedule my tour?

Yes, reschedules are free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the tour. Simply message us on WhatsApp with your new preferred date and we'll confirm availability.
What happens if the weather is bad?

Morocco has excellent weather year-round, but in case of severe weather that would make a tour unsafe, we will offer you a full reschedule or full refund. Your safety is our priority.

What's included in the Atlas Mountains Day Trip?

Included: Hotel pickup/drop-off, camel ride, visits to 3 Berber valleys, traditional Berber lunch in a local family home, argan oil cooperative visit, all transportation, native guide Abdelaziz.
Not included: Drinks beyond what's served with lunch, personal purchases at cooperatives, tips (appreciated but not required).
Are the tours suitable for children and elderly?

Yes! All our tours are family-friendly. Children love the camel rides and Berber village visits. Elderly participants are welcome too β just let us know of any mobility concerns when booking and we'll ensure appropriate accommodations. Vegetarian meal options are always available.
Are vegetarian/vegan meals available?

Yes! Vegetarian options are always available for all tours that include meals. Please mention dietary requirements when booking and we'll ensure appropriate food is prepared. Vegan options can also be accommodated with advance notice.
What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable clothing that can be layered (mountain temperatures can vary). Closed-toe walking shoes are recommended. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. A light jacket is recommended for the Atlas Mountains even in summer. Camera/phone for photos. Cash for any personal purchases. We'll provide water.
Is the Agafay Desert really a desert?

The Agafay is a unique rocky, lunar-like landscape β often called a "stone desert." While it's technically not a sand desert like the Sahara, it offers the same dramatic, sweeping vistas, peaceful silence, and incredible Moroccan hospitality in a stunning setting just 40 minutes from Marrakech.
